Monica has worked in the financial industry for over 39 years. She spent the first 25 years of her career in various areas of banking, including operations, new accounts, loans, and management.
Monica made the move to the Investment side of the industry in 2010 starting at Edward Jones in Scottsdale. In 2012 she joined Terry at his Edward Jones Office in Fountain Hills.
In 2016, when Terry transferred to Raymond James, he took Monica with him to work as his Client Service Assoc/Executive Assistant. In 2018 Terry founded TDC Financial. Moving to the independent side of Raymond James, in 2020. In the best interest of their Clients, they migrated to Charles Schwab in 2024.
Monica handles all the daily operations of the office. She works closely with each client walking them through the Onboarding process & ensuring that their ongoing needs are meet with care and respect from the TDC Financial Team.
Monica has been married for over 43 years. She has 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her family!
